A lifelong builder and innovator, I’m on a mission to create seamless, touchless service that's smarter, faster and just plain better
After four decades in Fintech, I’m now embracing a new chapter in Foodtech, where we’re focused on reshaping the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry through innovation.
My career began with 26 years in banking, where I learned how to balance the complexities of technology and finance. Then came 14 transformative years in financial services consulting, where I had the privilege of helping clients navigate digital transformation and rethink the way they operated.
Now, as I move into what I call "Mike 3.0," I'm applying those same principles—innovation, customer-centricity, and agility—to Foodtech. At Graivy, we’re using AI technologies like LLMs and computer vision to create more intuitive, touchless service points for the QSR industry. Our goal is simple: improve customer experiences, whether it's at a drive-thru, kiosk, or IVR.
Why the shift from Fintech to Foodtech? Because I see untapped potential for transformation. Just like when I helped build a bank from the ground up, I see the opportunity to rethink how quick service dining operates and improve the way we experience it.
Outside of work, I enjoy tackling extreme home renovations—whether it’s fixing up a space or building something new from the ground up, the spirit of building and improving has always been a big part of who I am.
